Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or delivery to your location isn't practical — and if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid in full.

Bulk 1000 L IBC orders are confirmed with a custom freight quote after checkout. If the freight arrangement doesn't work for you, you can cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

Pricing and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. The GST component is itemised on your tax invoice. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the major cards and wallets shown at checkout. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Title in the goods passes to you once payment clears; risk passes on delivery.

Delivery

We dispatch from Perth, WA. Delivery timeframes, freight rates, and the bulk-freight process are set out on our Shipping page, which forms part of these terms. Please make sure someone can receive the goods and that delivery details are accurate — re-delivery fees from carriers may be passed on.

Returns and guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — including return freight where we're at fault.

Change of mind: unopened product in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return freight is at your cost. Because our formulations are living biological products, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened containers or on bulk IBC orders.

Using our products

Our formulations are living biological products. Store them as directed on the label, use them within the stated shelf life, and follow the label application rates. Agronomic outcomes depend on factors outside our control — soil condition, season, rainfall, and how the product is applied — so specific yield outcomes aren't guaranteed.

Guidance from our team (including the online diagnostic) is general in nature. For decisions specific to your operation, confirm rates and timing with your agronomist.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees that can't be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its price. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of yield or profit, where the law allows that limitation.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and disputes belong to the courts of Western Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
