Shipping policy

Everything ships from our Perth facility — from a single 1 L jug by courier to a 1000 L IBC on a tail-lift truck.

This page is general shipping information. Exact freight cost and delivery estimate for your order are calculated at checkout from your postcode and order weight; bulk IBC freight is quoted individually.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm AWST on a business day usually leave our Perth facility within 1–2 business days. We check and pack each order — if anything will delay your dispatch we'll email you.

You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and tracking details when it ships.

Rates and free shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $200+, including GST. The threshold applies to your goods subtotal before delivery and excludes refundable IBC deposits. Freight below the threshold is calculated at checkout from your postcode and order weight.

Australia-wide on eligible standard parcels up to 30 kg per order. IBCs and bulk freight quoted separately.

Orders above the standard parcel weight limit use paid freight or a separate freight quote, as shown at checkout. Laboratory-only orders need no outbound shipping.

Delivery estimates

Typical transit times once your order leaves Perth (business days):

Perth metro: 1–2 days
Regional WA: 2–5 days
SA · NT: 3–6 days
VIC · NSW · ACT: 4–7 days
QLD · TAS: 5–9 days
Remote areas: Carrier advised

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — seeding and harvest peaks, weather, and remote routes can stretch them. Order ahead of your program window where you can.

Bulk 1000 L IBC freight

IBC orders and orders weighing 100 kg or more are quoted individually. After you submit your freight request, we'll contact you within one business day to arrange:

Delivery access — whether the site needs a tail-lift truck or has forklift unloading available.
A delivery window that suits the farm — we know you're not standing by the gate all day.
Any site notes for the driver (gates, silo access, contact on the day).

Each supplied IBC carries a $200 deposit, refundable when returned clean and undamaged. You can also arrange to have your own IBC filled.

You can review the freight quote before confirming your order.

Receiving your order

Please check your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, leaking, or short, photograph it and email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number — we'll replace it or refund you, including freight where we're at fault.

Follow the storage and handling instructions on the product label and safety data sheet when your delivery arrives.

Where we deliver

We deliver across all Australian states and territories. We don't currently ship overseas. For distributor enquiries or export interest, contact us through the Distribution channel on the contact page.
